St. George’s Sunday School and the Fall Season Start-up

START-UP SUNDAY:  St. George’s Sunday School will start up again on September 12.  All children are welcome.  We also provide a nursery during the service.  The choir will also begin singing again on September 12 and fall programming generally gets underway.   For more information, please contact the church office.  We’d be happy to have you join us!!

St. George’s Choir is seeking new members

St. George’s Choir, a group of about 33 singers,  consists of men and women as well as children (boys and girls) age 7 and up.  We rehearse together and learn all the same music.  The adults are volunteers, but the children in the choir receive an honorarium each month based on attendance and experience.  Being in the choir is a significant commitment of time for rehearsals and services – but it is a very rewarding commitment.  The choir is going to the great medieval cathedral in Lincoln, England August 8 to 14, 2011 to sing the daily services.  Why not consider joining the choir now and being a part of this experience?  For further information, contact the church office.
