Processing on Palm Sunday is just one
of the many ways that children participate in worship at St.
George’s. The annual Christmas pageant, children’s
Good Friday and Easter Gospel readings, as well as serving
and singing throughout the year, all provide opportunities
for children to be actively engaged in worship. |

After-church lunches are frequent events
- a great way for people to get to know each other better.
It’s always a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and visitors
are always welcome. St. George’s has some of the best
cooks around, with food that’s guaranteed to be delicious!

| These are the Wilton Street doors,
viewed from the church hall. Over the years, thousands of
people have walked through these doors, straight ahead to
the church hall. It has been, and continues to be, host
to a myriad of activities, from special events such as annual
Christmas dinners and wedding receptions to community activities
such as yoga and aerobics.

With a little less formality than in
a usual service, the Children’s Sermons, scheduled regularly,
are aimed to capture the attention of the young. And they
do! Seated in the front pews, Sunday School children
enjoy these interactive sermons, responding to questions with
enthusiasm and often remarkable insight. |

The Christmas Tree at the front of the
church hall is an important reminder of the many celebrations
held within the church. Christmas and Easter, weddings and
baptisms, are just some of the wonderful celebrations that
the parish family shares. |

At the conclusion of every 10:30 am
Sunday Service is Coffee Hour. This is a great way for parishioners
to visit with one another and catch up on news. It’s
also a great way to get to know one another, so newcomers
are especially welcome.
