Sunday Worship at St. George’s (in person and livestream)

The Eucharist begins at 10:30 AM. ALL ATTENDEES MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF DOUBLE VACCINATION AS WELL AS GOVERNMENT APPROVED ID. MASKS CONTINUE TO BE REQUIRED FOR ALL THOSE ATTENDING IN-PERSON. If you are attending in-person, it is best if you reserve a seat in advance, as seating is limited. Seat reservation ensures we can maintain records of those attending each service, in compliance with provincial health guidelines and Diocesan protocols. You can, however, register at the door on Sunday morning. Click here to reserve a seat. Each service is also live-streamed, beginning at 10:20 AM. (Evensong starting at 3:50 PM).

December 12 – Third Sunday of Advent – Eucharist. Rev. Judith Whitmore presiding and preaching. Music: Mass Setting (David Hurd), This is the Record of John (Gibbons), Rejoice in the Lord Alway (Redford).

December 19 – Fourth Sunday of Advent – Eucharist. Rev. Aubrey Hemminger presiding and preaching. Music: Mass Setting (David Hurd). And at both 4PM and 7PM – the annual Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols. Limited seating.

December 24 – Christmas Eve – Eucharist. This service is at 5:00 PM and is family oriented. Limited seating. Rev. Judith Whitmore presiding and preaching. Choir and Brass Quartet. Mass setting: William Mathias. Music: Never a Baby Like Jesus (Dexter), Ding dong Merrily on High (Wood).

December 25 – Christmas Day – Eucharist. Service is at 10:30 AM. Rev. Canon Dr. Peter Flynn presiding and preaching.

December 26 – First Sunday after Christmas – Eucharist. Rev. Judith Whitmore presiding and preaching.

January 2, 2022 – The Epiphany of the Lord – Eucharist. Mass setting: William Mathias. Music: The Three Kings (Cornelius), In the Bleak Mid-winter (Darke).

January 9 – Baptism of the Lord – Eucharist. Mass setting: William Mathias. Music: Jesu, lead my footsteps ever (J.S. Bach), Open thou Mine Eyes (Rutter).
