ALL SAINTS’ / ALL SOULS – Nov 1 and 2

A SPECIAL WEEKEND AT ST GEORGE’S

Following The Bell and the Bard full-day retreat under the Anglican Poetics Project, St. George’s will host an All Saints’ Day service of Holy Eucharist at 7:00 PM in the church on Saturday November 1. The Rev. Father Sherpard Gwende will preside at the eucharist, with Malcolm Guite as guest preacher. Everyone is invited.

Then on Sunday November 2, All Souls Day at 10:30 AM, everyone is invited to join us for a special All Souls Day Eucharist at St. George’s. This service is a sacred time to remember and give thanks for the lives of our departed loved ones, entrusting them to God’s eternal care. If you would like the names of your loved ones to be read aloud during the service, please send the names to the parish office at 204-453-5642. Rev. Father Sherpard Gwende will be preaching and presiding. We encourage all parishioners, friends, and community members to attend this meaningful service of remembrance and hope.
